What is MyoFlo?

How is it different to a massage gun?

How do I use it?

Press a tip or edge into a tight spot and hold for 20–30 seconds, or glide slowly along the muscle. Start light and build up pressure. Use our Recovery Oil to help the tool glide smoothly.
