Delivery: Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after processing. Tracking is provided on every order. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to carrier or seasonal delays.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or delayed orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at hello@myoflo.com.au and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
